Care Instructions: Please hand wash with cold water. If machine washing, turn the sweatshirt inside out and wash on a gentle cycle with cold water, then let it air dry. DO NOT use a dryer as high heat can damage the embroidery. Due to the nature of pigment dye, some pigments may remain on the surface of the garment. We strongly recommend washing with similar-colored garments, as some of the pigment dye may stain light or white clothes in the wash cycle. Washing with cold water will reduce the chance of staining. Please DO NOT use any stain removers, as it will strip the dye from the sweatshirt!

Why it says it's delivered while you receive nothing?
