Return Policy

Cancellations and changes to orders

You can cancel or edit your order yourself within 24 hours of placing your order. You can make these changes on your order confirmation page, your confirmation email or when you log into your account. We may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed.
Please note that orders are processed quickly. So let us know as soon as possible if you need to make changes. If your order has already been dispatched and cannot be canceled, please read the return policy above to find out how to return your order.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Returns
All ordering problems must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, you can return all items purchased through Daily Steals within 30 to 30 days of delivery. Items returned due to customer preferences / changes of opinion may be returned. In these cases, however, no return delivery applies. After 30 days of delivery, all items purchased through willhappys are non-refundable and all sales are final.

You will receive the return address when you contact customer service. Please send the return according to the address given by customer service.

Once the returns have been received, they will be checked and processed within 3-5 working days. When your return is complete, we will return your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.

Note:
Returned items are fully refundable as long as the items are returned in the condition in which they were received. Depending on the condition in which the item was received (e.g. damage to packaging, water damage, willful damage, signs of use, etc.). We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item to you and not issue a refund for your purchase.

Exchanges

Willhappys only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will always do our best to offer exchanges or replacements upon request. However, due to the high discounts we offer, we cannot guarantee that inventory will be available. You can email us at support@willhappys.com to submit your request!

Shipping

Customers are responsible for returning items to the warehouse for personal reasons. If willhappys is to blame for the return, the buyer does not have to bear the costs of the return and the first shipment to you.


Who should pay for return shipping?

If it is a returned product, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product. If it is a replacement product, the customer is also responsible for the return shipping fee, and the shipping fee for the re-send is paid by our merchants themselves.



Refunds

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we have received and inspected your returned product, you can expect a refund within 5 working days. We will notify you by email once we have received your return and the refund has been processed.

Late or missing refund

1. If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company. It may take time for your refund to be officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. It often takes time for a refund to be posted.
