We currently only offer regional services in USA. Nothing is more important to willhappys than offering our customers high value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all of our customers.

How do you deliver packages?
Depending on the weight and size of the product, we will send it from our warehouse to your address via UPS / DHL.

Do I have to pay the freight?
We offer all our customers FREE SHIPPING.

If you want to subjectively return the goods, you have to bear all shipping costs.

Do you sell your products all over USA?
Yes. All of our orders are throughout USA. However, please enter your delivery address correctly to ensure that the package is delivered correctly and promptly.

What about customs and duties?
We are not responsible for any custom duty once the item has been shipped. By purchasing our products, you are consenting to one or more packages being sent to you and receiving a customs fee when they arrive in your country.

How long does delivery take?
Shipping time varies from place to place. Here is our estimate:

Order processing time: 1-5 working days

Transport time: 10-25 working days

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email as soon as your order shipment contains your tracking information. For logistical reasons, the same purchase is sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you specify a combined shipment.

Note:
Some shipping companies take 3-5 working days to update the tracking information in the system.
